Five Minutes of Brilliant Sun
What's the best place to be when there's five minutes of sun here in Portland? One of them is just a few blocks from the 10th and Everett Streetcar stop. Head east towards the Willamette River and you'll soon find a Chinese oasis ~ the Lan Su Chinese Garden.
