Stand near Tanner Springs Park at the corner of NW 10th and Northrup where the Portland Streetcar turns and heads west towards Good Samaritan Hospital and you'll see the Broadway Bridge. Today in the rain, the bridge was open and stayed open for sometime due to ongoing construction. It was quite a sight!
