Semi-Annual Event

Portland cleans streets twice a year. This is a major production, especially in December when the streets are covered with leaves. Signs are posted a week beforehand. Park on street cleaning day and you WILL be towed. Of course there are some drivers who choose to not look or to not read or to not believe. Or they sleep in the morning of street cleaning.
