NW 21st and Lovejoy

Across the street from the Portland Streetcar stop at NW 21st and Lovejoy, transit riders can board a No. 17 Tri-Met bus to Holgate. Heading for the streetcar this evening, I saw this woman settling in for the wait for the bus.
