Michael Spirits Remain High

Regulars on the Portland Streetcar and readers of Portland Through My Lens will recognize Michael. Find Michael most days at the corner of SW 10th and Burnside. Yesterday, he had moved to SW 10th and Stark, having gotten to work late and finding someone else had taken his usual spot. His spirits remained high though and he had his usual line of banter, free of course.
